Roman Rybyn, Director of the Veterinary Center at the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIZZh," and Hasan Buba, Minister of Livestock and Veterinary Medicine of the Central African Republic (CAR), have signed an agreement on scientific and technical cooperation. This news was announced by the Russian Embassy in CAR.
The cooperation will involve joint projects focused on animal health protection, enhancing the quality and safety of food products, environmental conservation, as well as the exchange of biological and diagnostic materials for research purposes.
Special emphasis will be placed on the development of new veterinary medicines, vaccines, and advanced diagnostic techniques.
The agreement also includes plans for organizing scientific conferences, symposiums, and publishing the results of joint research.
A CAR delegation visited Russia, where they held talks with Konstantin Savenkov, Deputy Head of Rosselkhoznadzor, and toured laboratories in St. Petersburg and the "VNIIZZh" institution. The Central African representatives studied cutting-edge Russian technologies in the fields of animal husbandry, disease prevention, and modern methods for improving livestock productivity.
