Niger's President Abdourahamane Tchiani was presented with two crocodiles as a gift during his visit to the Dosso region. This was reported by the Niger Press Agency (ANP).
The gift was made to the leader by the mayor of the Gaya district as a token of respect following Tchiani's speech. The president noted that his visit to the region had been planned for over two years.
During his address, the leader of Niger emphasized that the state is taking all necessary measures to restore peace and security in the country, particularly by increasing the strength of the armed forces.
Tchiani also visited the Agali military camp and thanked the troops for their efforts in combating terrorism.
In October, the President of Niger visited the Téra region and expressed his gratitude to the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) units for their service.
